Stephanie has over 12 years of strategic partnership development, program design, and community engagement experience. As a workforce development professional, her goal has always focused on fostering a diverse, collaborative and respectful culture while strengthening the alignment between industry needs, business objectives and educational institutions - in order to create pathways for economic mobility for marginalized individuals living within disenfranchised communities.
Stephanie has developed a very diverse professional background, with significant experience ranging from business development, P&L, business and product innovation, education, and B2B/B2C marketing strategy. As the current Director of National and Strategic Partnerships for Equus Workforce Solutions, the largest workforce service provider in North America, she identifies strategic community partnerships and alliances in order to enhance the mission and long-term vision of the organization. In this role Stephanie develops and expands upon workforce-centric community impact partnerships at the local, regional and national level bringing workforce tools, programs, services, and solutions to public and private sector.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Public Administration, with a specialization in Human Resources and Organizational Development from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY).
